Marine Bank - Privacy

Relay for Life is an overnight event designed to celebrate survivorship and raise money for research and programs of your American Cancer Society. During the event, teams of people gather at Switlik Elementary School, in Marathon and take turns walking or running laps. Each team involved in the event tries to keep at least one member on the track at all times. The evening begins with a luminary ceremony, honoring victims of cancer and those fighting the disease. Throughout the day and evening – food, drinks, music and fun are enjoyed by all who attend while raising much needed awareness and money for cancer.

The Marine Bank Relay for Life Team holds fundraisers and luncheons, compliments of the “Marine Bank Hospitality Wagon”, throughout the year to show our commitment to the fight against cancer and we encourage the community to support our efforts by attending theses various events.
